Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Poseful mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. The App is operated by Mind Start Technologies L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (full provider details in the Legal Information section below), referred to below as "we," "us," or "our." We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Description of the App

Poseful is an iOS camera application that helps you take photos matching a chosen pose. The App includes:

• A camera with a semi-transparent pose reference overlay on the viewfinder
• A built-in library of pose reference photos
• Pose search powered by the Pexels photo service
• Overlay controls: position, scale, and opacity
• Capture that saves the clean photo to your photo library, without the overlay

The App requires no account. Your photos are processed on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Subscriptions & Payments

Poseful Pro

Poseful offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full feature set. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The exact price, billing period, and any introductory or trial terms are presented to you on the App Store payment screen before you confirm payment, and those displayed terms apply to your purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency and may change over time.

Introductory & Trial Offers

We may offer introductory pricing or a trial period to new subscribers. The availability, price, and duration of any such offer are shown at the point of purchase. Apple's "one introductory offer per subscription group" rule applies. If you do not cancel before an introductory or trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to the standard price shown at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Poseful. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date.

Refunds

Purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us — visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support through your App Store account.

Your Photos

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you capture with the App. They are saved to your device's photo library and never transmitted to us. We claim no license over your content.

Pose Reference Photos

Pose photos shown in the App's search feature are provided by Pexels and its photographers under the Pexels License. They are displayed as visual references for composing your own photos. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell reference photos from the App. Photos in the built-in library are our own or licensed content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to capture content that violates any applicable law or the rights of others, including photographing people without consent where consent is required
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or third-party services it uses
• Use the App or its content for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorized by us

Intellectual Property

Poseful, the Poseful logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, logos, and branding elements are the property of Mind Start Technologies L.L.C. The design, layout, functionality, and code of the App are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services: Apple (In-App Purchase), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Pexels (pose search). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. Details of what data these services process are in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any content will be preserved without loss. Back up your photo library; we are not responsible for lost photos.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIND START TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@poseful.app to informally resolve any dispute.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you may discontinue use of the App.
