Introduction
Welcome to Poseful (the "App"), an iOS camera application that lets you pick a pose reference photo, see it semi-transparent over your camera viewfinder, and shoot to match it. The App is operated by Mind Start Technologies L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (full provider details in the Legal Information section below).
Poseful is built to work on your device. This Privacy Policy explains the small amount of information that is processed when you use the App, and your rights regarding it. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
The Short Version
Your photos never leave your device. Poseful has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of its own. The camera feed and every photo you capture are processed on your iPhone and saved to your photo library. We do not upload, store, or see your photos. We do not run ads and we do not sell data.
Information We Process
The App processes only what is needed to provide its features:

| Crash Data | If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us. This is controlled by you through iOS, not by the App. |
What We Do Not Collect
- No account, email address, name, or contact details
- No photos, videos, or camera content on any server
- No location data
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA) and no ad networks
- No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking
Third-Party Services
- Apple (In-App Purchase): Processes subscription payments. Your payment details are handled entirely by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat (Subscription Management): Validates purchases and manages subscription status using an anonymous identifier. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Pexels (Pose Search): Returns pose photos for your search queries. Photos shown in search are provided by Pexels and its photographers. See Pexels' Privacy Policy.
These providers may process data on servers located in the United States or other countries. Where required for users in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses maintained by those providers.
Data Retention
- On your device: Your photos and settings stay on your device and in your photo library until you delete them. Deleting the App removes its local data.
- RevenueCat: Retains the anonymous subscription record for as long as needed to manage your subscription and comply with financial record-keeping obligations.
- Pexels: Search requests are processed to return results and handled under Pexels' own retention policies.
Because we do not hold your personal data on our own servers, there is no Poseful account or content to delete on our side.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have rights over your personal data under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
In practice, Poseful holds almost no personal data about you. For anything related to subscription records, or any other privacy question, contact us at privacy@poseful.app and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children's Privacy
Poseful is not directed at children below the minimum age of digital consent in their country of residence (13 in the United States and United Kingdom, between 13 and 16 in the EU/EEA depending on the national implementation of GDPR Article 8, 18 in the United Arab Emirates without parental consent). Since the App collects no personal information on our servers, exposure is minimal, but if you believe a minor has subscribed without permission, contact Apple for a refund and us at privacy@poseful.app.
